What Causes Intense Pain In Chest And Breast During Pregnancy?

Hi I'm 37 years, 33 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes, insulin dependant. I have really intense pain in my upper left chest under breastbone. It is extreamly tender to touch. This is my fifth pregnancy and never felt anything like this before.

This is related to osteitis of the bone which is common in pregnancy and in diabetes too.
Just take simple pain killers and calcium daily
