What Causes Intense Pain In Hamstring And Buttocks After A Injury?

I slipped and did the splits 2 weeks ago, had immediate pain in top of my right leg at the back I think it s hamstring it hurts if I sit for too long and the transition from sitting to standing and vice versa is painful. If I try to move quickly it hurts and if I sit on my right buttock. Does this sound like a hamstring injury? How long is recovery? What can I do to to get better? Should I visit the Dr?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fall injury then it should never be taken like that only and better to get done the x-ray of injured part, without knowing the nature of injury nothing can be said for healing, if this is not the serious injury then it may take week to come around even less than this hope this information helps.
