General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
Such type of pain referring to thigh and back can be due to:
Ovarian cyst or cancer growing very fast.
Salpingitis
severe PID.
The best way is to get ultrasonography done and a gynecologist examination.
If the cause is surgical , you need to undergo surgery.
May not be related to menstrual period , .
