Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Since you are having a natural period now, pregnancy is unlikely. The pains experienced during a period are usually due to the prostaglandins released prior to the onset of the bleeding. Bloating is due to the hormone effect. Yet, if you wish to exclude/confirm pregnancy, please get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. This is the best way out in the current scenario as this test is sensitive and specific too. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
