What Causes Intense Pain In Right Side Of Chest Radiating Towards Shoulder And Arm?

My husband is complaining of intense pain in the upper right side of his chest going into his shoulder and arm. This pain has been present for 2 days now. Over the past month he has been having intense pain in both of his arms when he is sleeping. So much so that he can t sleep.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns..you dont need to worry abt this...first take an ecg do lipid profile and lemme know the results....try these tabs for 1 week...tab.diclofinac 1-0-1 for 5 days,tab .ranitidine 1-0-1 for 5 days.
