What Causes Intense Pain In The Fingers?

Hi Dr. I have been getting intense pain in my finger when I bend it on occasion. It feels like shards of glass in and around my joint. The strange part is that it comes on suddenly and goes way after about 30 mins. Do you have any ideas what this could be?

itcan be rheumatoid arthritis. ra factor should be done. can take nasids and apply analgesic ointment. can apply warm phomantation.
