What Causes Intense Pain In The Penis Opening After Having Intercourse?

Me and my girlfriend recently had anal sex. It felt vood. I also ejaculated in her. The next day I started having throbbing pain in the head of my penis. I have never experienced such excruciating pain. What could be causing this. It has been 3 days now and its not getting any better what should I do?

Hi,

If you had unprotected anal sex there are high chances of infection. There can be fecal matter contamination and rubbing of fecal matter in your penis for a long duration can lead to infection, pH change in the penis mucus membrane, allergy.

If it's with a condom, it can be due to tightness and injury, simple painkillers will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
