What Causes Intense Pain In Wrist Radiating Towards Palm?

i have a pain in my wrist when i turn it from palm up to palm down. i can t hold my cell phone in that hand or my wrist hurts intensely. i have started wearing a futuro brand soft wrist brace to help ease the daily pain. i ve also started to notice a pain going from my wrist up to my elbow occasionally that was not there before. i believe i hurt my wrist from repeatedly lifting my vacuum the wrong way.

It can be ganglion or sprain . my be sprain resulting from lifting of weight apply cold compression and use crepe bandage take tab ombiflam tablet if does notsubside then take x-raytoexclude fracture or hair line fracture.can consult orthopedics surgeon with x-ray.
