General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of lower abdominal pain that is dull to stabbing in nature following a previous delivery I am suggesting you have the following differential diagnosis

Acute diverticulitis
Acute salpingitis
Ovarian cyst
Acute pyelonephritis

In view of this please do the following test
Abdominal scan and see a gastroenterologist specialist with the result and for expert clinical assessment as well as adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile please take the following pending your appointment
Tablet Antispasmodic
Multivitamin

I hope this helps Regards
