What Causes Intense Pain On Tip Of Penis While Urination?

I am a 26 year old male, 6 0, 150lbs, no known allergies, not sexually active, non-smoker/drinker/drug user. For approximately one week now, whenever I urinate I experience an intense pain in the tip of my penis. The pain is lessened when I am heavily hydrated, which is noted when viewing urine color. I have swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin, body aches, no fever. I am curious as to what your opinion on the matter might suggest. I am assuming that it is a UTI, though I have never had one before, or perhaps a tissue laceration of some sort inside the penis. Any insight is welcomed! Thank you -Mac

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum

It may be an UTI, but swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin cannot be with UTI. Only a generalised infection or localized infection in upper and lower limbs can cause this. SO, If I were your treating doctor I would have examined you first and advised you to undergo battery of tests including urine test. All the best.
