I pill is effective in preventing the pregnancy in 90-95 percent cases.
Bleeding after the I pill is normal. It is occur due to hormonal disturbance ( progesterone withdrawal effect) as it contain high progesterone level.
In 50 percent women, withdrawal bleeding will take place. It will just for couples of days.
SO I think it is due to I pill only if not around your period date.(you did not mention the period date).
You have to for pregnancy test (home pregnancy test with fresh urine sample in early morning) if your period will delay by 140-12 days from your normal expected period date.
