Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, endometrial dysplasia.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo endometrial biopsy and reproductive hormone.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
Progesterone in form of pill and injection can help to stop the bleeding.
Take healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you
