What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding?
Hi, I am 52 years old . I got bleeding between my period. its not heavy only 3 days and then stop. I also have itchy in my anus for years and I have to use anusol - HC ointment at least once a week every night. if I dont use it I got so itchy in my anus. I got my pap smear back and the result is normal on March 2016 and also my colon cancer check was normal on April 2017.

Itching in the anus can sometimes be related to worms/parasites , this resolves with the use of medication such as albendazole.
Irregular bleeding can occur during perimenopause. This is the time before menopause occurs. Menoapause is diagnosed when there is a year with no bleeding at all.
It can be monitored for now since you have normal results.
