General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Bleeding started after having intercourse? If yes, then it might be due to injury in vaginal track. Variation in menstrual cycle is normal however bleeding in mid cycle is not normal.

In both the scenarios, you should seek advice from gynecologist. She\he would be able to tell you whether it is due to injury or other uterine pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
