What Causes Inter Menstrual Vaginal Spotting?

I had unprotected sex 3 days after my period ended. 10 days later on 6/21 I had very light bleeding that lasted 3 days. There was some clotting with the bleeding. I have never started my period early and it normally lasts 6-7 days and is very heavy. Today I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Is there still a possibility that I am pregnant?

Hello,

Yes and you should repeat the test again or else you can consult a gynecologist but sac is usually seen a little later on trans vaginal ultrasound and then we can be 100% sure .
