What Causes Intermediate Dull Aching Pain In The Collar Bone?

Hello, how are you? I have a intermediate dull sometimes aching pain in my collarbone. It switches sides but periodically it will be on both sides at the same time. Also, I sometimes have tingling in my left pinky and ring finger sometimes going up the back side of my arm. Can these be related and what will cause them? Thank you for your time.
