What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding Along With Body Aches?
hi, i had my period last october 6-8. after 2 weeks (october 20) i experienced brown spotting. i didn t had sex with my boyfriend yet after my period until now. i am experiencing back aches, urge in urinating 2days ago, stomach cramps, and nausea (bad not that bad) also a little bit breast aches. i m in contraceptive pill 2months ago but not taking it regulary. i had also a polycystic ovary. my menstration is not regular too (except if i took contraceptive pill regularly). what does all this mean?? thanks...
The symptoms of back ache along with abdominal cramps, increased urge of urination, nausea etc indicate towards urinary tract infection.
You should start an antibiotic course. Take Levofloxacin (Levoflox) 250 mg twice a day for five days. You can take Acetaminophen 500 mg or Ibuprofen 400 mg for relief from pain till the infection subsides. Drink lots of fluids and take rest. You might have to go for urine culture test if the symptoms don't resolve within 5 days.
In addition, I would advise you to take medicines for polycystic ovary regularly as you need them to regulate the hormone levels and menstrual cycles.
I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic.
