What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding And Stomach Pain?

im on the pill. and recently i have been getting pain in one side of my stomache.. my stomache is slightly swollen and i am bleeding between periods... When having sex with my partner i find it very pain full at times when it is deep and then bleed alot after sex..

Ive been online and scared myself readin everything from being pregnant to cancer and tumors... please help
