What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding And Tender Breasts?

i had endomitrioses and overian cycts which i had removed april 2010 i have been trying to get pregnant since then without any joy. I have started to get pains again and my period is coming every two weeks, the blood is black and thick and my breasts are untouchable... i know this is not normal ?
