I had sex with the femodene contraceptive pill and my boyfriend didn t ejaculate inside me. I take my pill every day. About 2 days ago, around the time of ovulation i went to the toilet and had blood, however, this only occurred twice and when i drank water, it went away and i was fine!

Hello
Irregular menstrual bleeding is matter of concern and it needs to be evaluated in details to find out the underlying cause

I would like further information to help you better like
Your age and relevant medical history
your last menstrual periods
since how long you have this problem?

Since I can't physically examine you so in my opinion you should see a gynaecologist for check up and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC and urine culture or an ultrasound to establish a diagnosis

Meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Hope this answers your question Please feel free to ask for more assistance.
Best wishes
