Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that nausea associated with weight loss and abdominal pain can be due to gastroenteritis or unhealthy food habits. If you are experiencing fever also then kindly get a CBC, CRP, LFT and an ultrsound whole abdomen done and consult with reports.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
