What Causes Intermittent And Painful Discharge Along With Fatigue?

I have had my period for a month now. It started off normal and then it lightened up. It went on for a week and then it turned brown in color and was barely there but I wore a liner just in case. About 3 weeks of this and then one day nothing happened at all. The following day, I woke up doubled over in pain and screamed and blood came rushing down my leg. I have had severe nausea and I am extremely fatigued and I barely have an appetite. I am freaking out but I dont want to go to the hospital if its nothing. What should I do? Should I be concerned?
