What Causes Intermittent Brown Discharge Instead Of Periods?

I am taking fertomid tablets starting day 2 of my periods till day 5.This is my 2nd cycle.last two times i got periods on day 27.This time since day 27 I am having brown discharge intermittently.Today is day 29.I had a miscarriage in Feb.We are ttc.Is it possible that I might have conceived?
