What Causes Intermittent Burning In Upper Chest?

Intermittent burning upper right side of chest then spreading to the left side. Usually lasts fifteen minutes or less. No difficulty breathing when it occur. Sometimes Brought on by exertion, or moving from an air conditioned space into the hot humid air. Eases when I rest or return to an air conditioned space. Some wheezing sounds most of the time.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of hyperacidity is very likely and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, try to low down the stress also, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
