Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. Another side of anxiety and depression is the acidity associated with it. Anxiety causes body to restrict digestive system which in turn causes acidity. Gas pushes your diaphragm up and constricts your chest cavity. You feel this constriction as pain, tightness or uneasiness.

Stress, anxiety and depression almost always goes hand in hand. Your doctors don't want to give you medicines for this because, usually, acute stress and anxiety symptoms disappear within days when you get yourself engaged. They want you to do that. Exercise, entertainment activities, creative activities, hobbies etc can relieve your stress. You may also consult a psychologist for psychotherapy.
