General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

First of all, an EKG please. Next, a chest xray and a mammogram or ultrasound of the breast. I would not take things lightly if the pain is persistant. Only once these test results report a normal, can we assume the pain to be related to a gastric issue for which you should AVOID ibuprofem as NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) can aggravate the condition.

Best wishes.
