What Causes Intermittent Diarrhea And White Tissues In Stool?

If had diarrhea for months now that come and go and every now and then I get this like 5 inch what looks like fatty tissue in my stool. No blood. My left side gets all acidy as well. Iv been to doc, did stool samples for paracites,everything came out fine. What could this be?

It could be a part of gastroenteritis. Consult a physician and get evaluated. Antibiotics has to be started at the earliest.
