What Causes Intermittent Dizziness Along With Pins And Needles In Feet?

Hi, im 10 weeks pregnant with the normal sickness, but i am also having bouts of dizziness on and off all day, and some pins and needles in my feet. Is this normal? Ionly ever vomited when i was pregnant with my daughter. My first scan is this coming monday. Thanks Emma.

I feel its quite normal because you're having a baby in your tummy, Emma. Don't worry everything's alright. You should go for ultrasound scans regularly as prescribed. My best wishes are with you Emma and for your little baby :)
