What Causes Intermittent Dizziness?

Having an issue with dizziness. As I turn over in bed, get very dizzy almost faint. My eyes feel like they are wildly jumping around, and I have to force them still. Not every night, but has happened enough to cause concern. Could it be a sinus infection, though I don t feel any congestion?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Good day and thank you for posting this question. No, this is not a sinus infection. I will advice you see your doctor and do tests such as full blood count and erythrocytes sedimentation rate (ESR) and your doctor will analyse the result and detect any problem.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
