Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Her situation seems to be caused by an infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting with the pediatrician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- An abdominal ultrasound
- A urine analysis
- A stool analysis
- A urine bacterial culture

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
