What Causes Intermittent Fever And Pain Above Hip?

Hi my 3 year old has been having a fever on and off for a month... Has had blood tests and it maybe glandular fever, but tonight she has a fever and complains of pain on her right side above her hip. Not sure if this could be part of her condition...
