not feeling well and traveling on business.I have a fever on and off, chills, muscle pain all over, but more severe in lower back, headache that I can t seem to get rid of totally, now sore throat , chills, red eyes,appetite off and on for about a week and just really fatigued

I really appreciate your function, the given symptoms could be suggestive of allergic condition and it may not need ay treatment it is the self limiting condition, if the symptoms does not improved then it can be managed with Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day and Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed hope this information helps.
