What Causes Intermittent Fluttering Feeling Below The Navel?

For the last 4 days, I have had this intermittent sensation right below my belly button. It s hard to describe, almost like a heartbeat fluttering feeling. I have not been able to associate it with gas. I am not pregnant, but feels similar to the early movements. It is localized and inconsistent. My grandmother had surgery for one abdominal aortic aneurysm and is now being monitored for a second. I fit none of the criteria for one, and have no insurance to be seen in a regular physicians office, let alone a specialist.
