What Causes Intermittent Headache, Dizziness And A Sense Of Burnt Smell?

Bit of an odd one! I have had a headache on and off for a couple of weeks and vision in one eye started to go but went with migraleve. Have had a few dizzy spells and see dots if I look up too quick. Now for the last few days I keep smelling burnt toast? My husband can t smell it and I ve even had to go check the toaster as the smell is so strong. I ve been really irritable but sure that s the headache and have been drinking more water to see if that helps... Any other ideas? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of headache dizziness and increased in perception of burnt substance I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a tension headache
In view of this please see a neuropsychiatric specialist regarding the associated burnt smell
Meanwhile you can take some analgesic
I hope this helps
