What Causes Intermittent High Fever And Green Stool In An Infant?

My daughter is 15 months old and has had a high fever (102) off and on for about 2 weeks. Then for a week she was fine and back to her old self. Last night she spiked it high again and has had the fever all day today. She also is having a hard time passing stool and when she does, its green like the grass. She hasn t eaten really anything and will only drink water. Should I be worried? What could this mean?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such febrile condition could be due to viral infection and if happens or appears again then it needs to be tested for bacterial infection better to see the pediatrician hope this information helps.
