What Causes Intermittent Itching Sensation In Hips?

I have an itch in my right hip. It moves to both sides of my hip joint. It is uncomfortable if i lie on my right side. It will go away for a while but comes back. It just tingles most of the time. I know i am under a lot of stress,not sure if this has anything to do with it.
