What Causes Intermittent Left-sided Chest Pain When Pan-40 Did Not Help?

Hi doctor ...I m 21 years old female medico .. I m getting chest pain since 2 months it is mostly leftside n sometimes right sometimes in left axilla ..not disturbing sleep...but distracting me from studies I m unable to read...I got my ecg 3d echo breast usg done ..all were normal I tried pan40.. no relief of pain Please help me...I consulted many doctors in our college ...but couldn t find solution..please tell me what to do..
