What Causes Intermittent Lower Back Pain, Nausea And Delay In Periods?
Hi, I have lower back pain that comes and goes. Waves of nausea hits me every now and then and my menstrual cycle is late but I have never really been regular with that. I have taken 3 at home pregnancy tests all negative. Any ideas what this could be?
I think that these symptoms can be due to hormonal irregularities leading to menstrual irregularities, and there can be super-added gastritis. I would suggest you to have a thyroid profile test done and start a course of pantoprazole for 10 days. To start your periods, start a course of medroxyprogesterone tablet for (10mg) 5 days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
