What Causes Intermittent Muscle Spasms And Stiffness In Fingers?

I have intermittent muscle spasms or contractures of fingers, feet and toes, legs including thigh muscle for no apparent reason. Activity does seem to make it worse. I also have sharp pain of right groin with position change i.e. turning to the left or shifting weight from right leg to left.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be some form of muscle disorder or even arthritis. It is better to visit an orthopedist as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
