What Causes Intermittent Pain In Abdomen?

Good day good doctors! I was hoping to find any clues regarding my moms recent lab result: Gall bladder normal in size and not thickened. High level echo noted measuring .53cm attached to the wall. It got me and my mom worried, because its already 5days since she have severe abdominal pain on and off. She is 52y/o, not a drinker nor a smoker. She eats twice a day and she s not a meat lover. She usually eat bread salad and yogurt. It would really be appreciated for your kind feedback. Thanks!

I really appreciate your concern, if this adhesion developed then such pain may be likely and this may need some more investigation and CT of abdomen may be needed, surgical condition may be likely, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
