What Causes Intermittent Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

I have right side pain off an on. If i go about two weeks without exercising, it doesn t bother me. When I do exercise after about a few days go by, then I start to feel it again. It is dull and I mainly feel it when sitting. I told a doctor about it a year ago and he said is was maxofaciall. Never an any test or anything. I am concerned being 39 because my mom died of ovarian cancer 3 years ago at age 50.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Dull aching intermittent lower abdomen pain in the right side could always arise suspicion to be due to appendicitis.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of abdomen done.
Consult Surgeon in this regard for proper evaluation and management.
In the meantime, you can take analgesic with antispasmodics to get relieved from the symptoms temporarily.
