Hello and welcome to HCM,
Intermittent pain in the throat and upper chest requires X-ray of the chest to assess the lung fields.
Something stuck in the throat requires examination of the throat to look for any mass or any other abnormality in the throat.
In case no lesion is detected on X-ray chest or throat examination, musculoskeletal abnormality can be the cause of all these symptoms.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
