General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to over productive stomach acid.

I recommend using Omeprazole to reduce the acidity of the stomach.

I also recommend getting an X-ray done to exclude a rib fracture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
