What Causes Intermittent Pain In The Shoulder And Upper Chest?

A knowing type of pain that comes an goes in my shoulder an upper chest that s annoying, better in the morning when I get up, it s not there all the time when shoulder hurts my pain begins in my upper right chest. Can u give me some idea what that could be?

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute bronchitis or a muscle spasm or cardiac pain or acid reflux disease.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Get it done ECG and chest x-ray PA view. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
