What Causes Intermittent Pain In Upper Left Chest While Suffering From Cold And Congestion?

I have this pain, now and then on my upper left chest, right above breast. it comes for a second then goes. It first happened when I was cleaning yard, cutting w/ clipper some small branches off a tree. I sort of twisted. it was very unbearable and had me sitting clutching my upper chest. that was a month ago. I still feel this symptom just sitting here at my desk. I have a cold w/ congestion. just wondering if it might relate.

Hi

If there was physical trauma present then it is most probably a musculoskeletal issue, requiring mild immobility and rest of the region along with some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications e.g. ibuprofen), nothing more.

Best wishes.
