What Causes Intermittent Pain In Upper Right-side Of Abdomen?

I am experiencing pain in my upper rightside spreading towards the back for the past year and had tests done on all my intestines by way of ultrasound, gastroscopy and enema scope only to find bile in my stomach. I have been taking lancap for a few years and for the past 6 months I am taking lansoloc. After the gastroscopy in April I was allso on antibiotics. However the pain only subside for a short period then it is back ever so severe. I also gained quite an amount of weight since I started taking the lansoloc which I get from the dayhospital every month. Can this be a side effect of the medication. I am also struggeling to concentrate. I turned 60 in January this year.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the side effect of medicine but this could be the symptoms of disease it self and hyperacidity may be the cause of this and this need to be rule out ( Here your gender is missing else something better could have been thought) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
