What Causes Intermittent Pain On Back Right Side Of Head?

I have pain on the back right side of my head a few inches from my ear. The pain is not all the time it comes and goes for a few seconds at a time. YYYY@YYYY rest of the time it is dull pain. Can this be caused from an ear infection? Should I take decongestant and antihistamine?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be ear infection because you do not have any symptom of ear discharge, it could be some nonspecific pain it can be due to muscular spasm, Chlorzoxazone can be tried along with Diclofenac tab hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
