General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that your kid might be having viral infection and takes some time to cure.
Meanwhile you can give Meftal-P syrup every 8 hours if temperature comes again.
Give enough water, milk and other liquid and keep him will hydrated.
If fever continues for few days then consult pediatrician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
