General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be athralgia of hip joint due to movement in a particular position. It can be sacroileac joint inflammation. Sciatica due to nerve pressure at spinal level or sciatic notch in pelvis due to contraction of pyriformis muscle. Consult an orthopedic surgeon. Detailed physical examination and needful MRI would clear the cause followed by specific management, medicines, physiotherapy or surgery in few cases.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
