What Causes Intermittent Severe Stomach Pain?

I ve been having a terrible pain in my stomach it feels like someone is squeezing my insides it hurts really bad for like 2 minutes and goes away but keeps coming back im not pregnant either i wanted to know what it possibly is and if i should go hospital

it is colique painin stomach. it can be gastritis, pyloric stenosis, cholitis. ultrasound andendoscopywill help in diagnosis. take bland dietrefrain from alcohol smoking and avoid hot tea cofee. take polycrolgel and anti spasmodic like buscospam. till investigation report are recieved.
